Excerpt from the testimony of former political prisoner Musa Hoxha given for AIDSSH. Musa Hoxha, born on 12 April 1954. He was arrested on the charge of “agitation and propaganda against the people’s power” on 28 April 1978. He remained 4 months in investigation detention. He was sentenced in July 1978 to seven years of imprisonment and was sent to Spaç. He was released benefiting from the amnesty of November 1982.
