Files of the Special-Importance Object (ORV Files)

ORV files were created for objects of special political, economic and strategic importance, as well as for those that presented risks of fire, explosion and breakdowns, which became a source of economic damage and which were also accompanied by serious accidents involving people. The operative officer who organized the operative work in the ORV identified all enemy elements (so-called according to the State Security), followed all persons who were taken under processing for all tendencies, and was responsible for uncovering hostile activity.

This file contains two folders and inside are administered: the list of documents contained in the folders, the list of operative officers, the list of collaborators, the list of persons under processing 2/A, operative control 2/B and contingent who work in the object, the study and determination of the key places and points of the ORV, the Decision for the creation of the file, the sketch for securing the object, the plans of operative measures for securing the object, a map, the history of the object which is enriched from time to time. In the second folder are the list of documents, the list of implications, the list of the registration of events that occurred in the object which bring or may bring serious economic consequences, other data related to analyses, reports, collaborator’s’ reports, important information, etc.
