Investigative–Judicial Fund

Investigative–judicial files are files prepared for the court proceedings of Albanian citizens who were accused of crimes against the state during the period 1944–1991.

These files contain: reports with agent information used during the investigation of the case; materials from the denunciations for the arrest of the subject; actions of the investigation after receiving the denunciation materials from the State Security; cooperation with the Security during the investigation; cooperation for other criminal acts followed operatively; interrogation records; indictment; decision on the criminal case; biography; records; questioning plan; list of persons summoned to court; prosecution statement; “Decision in the Name of the People,” etc. More than one person could be tried in these court proceedings.
