Investigative–Judicial Fund

Investigative–judicial files are files that were prepared for the court processes of Albanian citizens who were accused of crimes against the state in the period 1944–1991.

These files contain inside: reports with agent data which are used during the investigation of the case, materials from denunciations for the arrest of the object, investigative actions after receiving the denunciation materials from the State Security, cooperation with the Security during the investigation, cooperation for other criminal offenses that are pursued through the operative route, minutes of interrogation, indictment, decision on the criminal case, biography, minutes, question plan, list of persons summoned to court, plea, Decision in the name of the People, etc. In court processes more than one person could be tried.
