A TRACE OF RESILIENCE AND SOLIDARITY
(21 Maj 2023)
On the occasion of the commemorations for the 50th anniversary of the Spaç Prison Revolt, the Authority unveiled the artistic installation “Traces of Resistance and Solidarity”, featuring 10 human silhouettes, as a tribute to the memory and experience of the pain, suffering, and resilience endured every day by the women, children, and family members of the prisoners. The installation “Traces of Resistance and Solidarity”, under the hashtag #NeverAgainDictatorshippresents the stories of 10 individuals who suffered in Spaç Prison, including their family members—women, mothers, and children—who, just like their imprisoned loved ones, faced injustice with solitude and human dignity.
