(For the Central Committee of the Party of Labour of Albania)
In a state where the daily agenda is filled with patriotic slogans (for the flag, for the homeland, for the sacred lands, etc.), he has neither died nor been killed, but has rotted away. Following this judgment, in a state where both public and private life are subjected to the thoughts and political line of an eternal suite, and where this permanent and political thought becomes a way of life for the people, without a doubt, this state has been overtaken (both in its social structure and in the family structure) by an abyss of immorality.
