Re-sentencings after the Spaç Revolt
After the violent suppression of the Spaç Revolt, many political prisoners were subjected to arrests and trials where they received new sentences (re-sentencing*) which were added to the years of sentence they were serving in the Spaç prison-camp up to the day when the revolt began. 5 trials were held in which about 70 political prisoners were re-sentenced.
*For this case, by the term Re-sentencing, will be understood the sentences of persons who were meanwhile serving the sentence of imprisonment in implementation of previous decisions, including the new sentences of the prisoners of unit no. 303 Spaç, whether or not related to the revolt.
The First Group of Re-sentenced persons on the date 24.05.1973
By decision no. 1 dated 24.05.1973, the judicial process was conducted for 12 arrested persons after the revolt. In this trial, 8 political prisoners were re-sentenced and 4 were sentenced to death by firing squad.

Dashnor Estref Kazazi, born in the year 1941 in Tirana. He was sentenced by decision 5, dated 30.03.1971. For participation in the Spaç Revolt he was sentenced by decision no. 1, dated 24.05.1973, to 25 years of imprisonment, confiscation of property, and the loss of electoral right for 5 years.
Syrja Estref Lame, born in the year 1935, in Rembel–Korçë. He was sentenced by decision no. 18, dated 18.02.1970. For participation in the Spaç Revolt he was sentenced by decision no. 1, dated 24.05.1973, to 25 years of imprisonment, confiscation of property, and the loss of electoral right for 5 years.
Paulin (Lush) Pjetër Vata, born in the year 1933 in Oblik–Shkodër. He was sentenced by decision no. 128, dated 25.10.1968. For participation in the Spaç Revolt he was sentenced by decision no. 1, dated 24.05.1973, to 25 years of imprisonment, confiscation of property, and the loss of electoral right for 5 years.
Luan Qemal Burimi, born in the year 1937 in Psar i Zi, Fier. He was sentenced by Decision no. 39 dated 02.06.1969. For participation in the Spaç Revolt he was sentenced by decision no. 1, dated 24.05.1973, to 25 years of imprisonment, confiscation of property, and the loss of electoral right for 5 years.
Sami Selim Dangëllia, born in the year 1920 in Menkulas, Korçë. He was sentenced by Decision no. 6, dated 13/2/1960. For participation in the Spaç Revolt he was sentenced by Decision no. 1, dated 24.05.1973, to 25 years of imprisonment, confiscation of property, and the loss of electoral rights for 5 years.
Jorgo Spiro Papa, born in the year 1941 in Trembul, Sarandë. He was sentenced by Decision no. 3, dated 04.02.1963. For participation in the Spaç Revolt he was sentenced by Decision no. 1, dated 24.05.1973, to 25 years of imprisonment, confiscation of property, and the loss of electoral rights for 5 years.
Luan Habib Koka, born in the year 1935 in Vlorë. He was sentenced by Decision no. 5, dated 25.01.1961. For participation in the Spaç Revolt he was sentenced by Decision no. 1, dated 24.05.1973, to 25 years of imprisonment, confiscation of property, and the loss of electoral rights for 5 years.
Hodo Isuf Sokoli, born in the year 1930 in Shkodër. He was sentenced by Decision no. 34, dated 10.09.1966. For participation in the Spaç Revolt he was sentenced by Decision no. 1, dated 24.05.1973, to 25 years of imprisonment, confiscation of property, and the loss of electoral rights for 5 years.

The Second Group of Re-sentenced Persons, on the Date 30.06.1973
By Decision no. 29 dated 30.06.1973, the judicial process was conducted for those arrested after the revolt. In this trial, 20 political prisoners were defendants, of whom 16 were re-sentenced and 4 others were declared not guilty, for lack of evidence.
The judicial panel consisted of: Chairman: Filip Lako; Deputy judges: Gjin Pali and Pjetër Nikolli; Secretary: Ndue Prendi; Prosecutor: Zef Deda.
Bedri Azem Çoku, born in the year 1949 in the village of Nucias, Lushnjë. He was sentenced by Decision no. 14, dated 27.08.1969. For participation in the Spaç Revolt he was sentenced by Decision no. 29 dated 30.06.1973, to 23 years of imprisonment, confiscation of property, and the loss of electoral rights for 5 years.
Jonuz Selim Nurja (Norja), born in the year 1926 in Shijak. He was sentenced by Decision no. 119, dated 18.09.1972. For participation in the Spaç Revolt he was sentenced by Decision no. 29 dated 30.06.1973, to 22 years of imprisonment, confiscation of property, and the loss of electoral rights for 5 years.
Mersin Adem Vlashi, born in the year 1938 in the village of Lis, Burrel. He was sentenced by Decision no. 2, dated 28.01.1967. For participation in the Spaç Revolt he was sentenced by Decision no. 29 dated 30.06.1973, to 16 years of imprisonment, confiscation of property, and the loss of electoral rights for 4 years.
Tomorr Nuredin Allajbeu, born in the year 1941 in Peshtan of Berat. He was sentenced by Decision 73, dated 14.10.1969. For participation in the Spaç Revolt he was sentenced by Decision no. 29 dated 30.06.1973, to 15 years of imprisonment, confiscation of property, and the loss of electoral rights for 5 years.
Murat Jaho Marta, born in the year 1942 in Bërzeshtë, Librazhd. He was sentenced by Decision no. 6, dated 24.01.1967. The Third Group of Re-sentenced Persons, on the Date 13.07.1973
By Decision no. 34, dated 13/07/1973, the judicial process was conducted for those arrested after the revolt. In this trial, 15 political prisoners were defendants, of whom 13 were re-sentenced and 2 others were declared not guilty, for lack of evidence.
